Sebastian Boureanu
More than twenty years in finance, controlling and audit, including a decade as a private-equity-portfolio CFO, now applied to due diligence and finance leadership for entrepreneurs and investors.
Sebastian began his career at PwC in audit, working across industries on IFRS and consolidated financial statements. He moved to Danone Romania as Controlling Manager, and in 2008 joined Deutek, a leading Romanian paint producer, as Deputy CFO, becoming CFO in 2014.
As CFO he led the finance, legal and IT functions, steering the business through a crisis-era restructuring under Advent International and through two successful exits: to the Axxess Capital private-equity fund, and then to PPG Industries of the USA. In 2018 he co-founded Craft Solutions, a fintech whose flagship "Finance Craft" platform automates financial planning & analysis for business owners and CFOs, today serving 40+ clients including Tiriac Imobiliare and Returo.
He is an ACCA member and a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) in Bucharest. He is fluent in English and German.

Roxana is a senior financial controller with more than two decades in accounting, controlling, tax and financial reporting. For seven years she was Senior Controller at Deutek / PPG Romania, the paint manufacturer where she worked alongside our founder, and earlier advanced through accounting and controlling roles at Danone, from chief accountant to tax-and-reporting controller. A CECCAR-qualified Expert Accountant and a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) in Bucharest, she has worked as an independent financial professional since 2021 and collaborates with Envisio as an external contractor.
Ruxandra grew into financial control through hands-on experience managing finance and operations at Soimeni Parc, which gave her a strong launchpad into the role. Since joining Envisio she has developed steadily as a financial controller, working alongside our founder on a wide range of engagements to create and maintain financial reporting for clients across sectors.
